Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the pair came face-to-face to build hype for next month's bout.
Former two time world title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his theatrics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.

As the two fighters engaged in the customary confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is actually going ahead.
